Biografía del autor

Bee Wilson (Oxford, 1974) es historiadora y escritora gastronómica. Estudió Historia de las Ideas en Cambridge. Fue crítica gastronómica de la revista New Statesman durante cinco años y desde 2003 escribe semanalmente la columna The Kitchen Thinker para el Sunday Telegraph, por la que ha ganado el título de escritora gastronómica del año en tres ocasiones. Es autora de diversos libros sobre gastronomía e historia de la alimentación, entre ellos La importancia del tenedor, publicado en esta misma colección en 2013.
