Anthony Bourdain (1956-2018) fue jefe de cocina, presentador de televisión y escritor estadounidense. Es autor del bestseller Confesiones de un chef, de las novelas Bone in the Throat y Gone Bamboo, y de la biografía Typhoid Mary: An Urban Historical, además de Appetites y Crudo, ambos publicados en Planeta Gastro.
