Ariana Neumann nació y creció en Venezuela. Se graduó en la Universidad Tufts en Historia y Literatura francesa y obtuvo un máster en Literatura Española y Latinoamericana por la Universidad de Nueva York, donde impartió clases antes de mudarse al Reino Unido. Allí obtuvo el diploma de posgrado en Psicología de la Religión por la Universidad de Londres. También trabajó como corresponsal extranjera para el The Daily Journal de Venezuela, y publicó algunos artículos en The European. Actualmente reside en Londres con su familia.
