p b Nora Ephron /b (Nueva York, 1941-2012) inició su carrera profesional como periodista. En 1975 publicó su primer libro de ensayos, i Ensalada loca /i , que fue aclamado por la crítica y al que seguirían obras tan populares como la novela i Se acabó el pastel /i (1983) y los libros de ensayos i No me gusta mi cuello /i (2006; Libros del Asteroide, 2023) y i No me acuerdo de nada /i (2010; Libros del Asteroide, 2022), publicado poco antes de su muerte a los 71 años. Su carrera como cineasta fue igualmente exitosa. Fue nominada al Oscar al mejor guion original en tres ocasiones por las películas i Silkwood /i (1983), i Cuando Harry encontró a Sally /i (1989) y i Algo para recordar /i (1993), que también dirigió.
