Biografía del autor

Ha sido profesor en la Escuela de Leyes de la Universidad de Columbia, Nueva York, y profesor visitante en las universidades de Harvard, Stanford y Chicago. En 2015 fue elegido abogado líder y consejero espeical de la Fiscalía General del Estado de Nueva York. Es conocido por acuñar y popularizar la frase "neutralidad de la red", y ha trabajado en temas de poder privado, libertad de expresión, derechos de autor y competencias antimonopolios. En 2003 fue nombrado unos de los abogados más influyentes en los Estados Unidos.
