Biografía del autor

Hiromi Kawakami (Tòquio, 1958) va estudiar Ciències naturals i va ser professora de Biologia fins que el 1994 aparegué la seva primera novel-la. Els seus llibres han estat guardonats amb els premis literaris més prestigiosos, que l" han convertida en una de les escriptores japoneses més llegides actualment.
