Biografía del autor

Nicolas Mathieu nació en Épinal en 1978. Después de estudiar historia y cinematografía, se trasladó a París y en 2014 publicó su primera novela, "Aux animaux la guerre", premio Erckmann-Chatrian, y colaboró en la adaptación para convertir el libro en una serie televisiva que emitió France 3. Su segunda novela, "Sus hijos después de ellos", además de entusiasmar a la crítica, recibió el Premio Goncourt 2018 y otros muchos galardones, entre ellos el premio Blù de la asociación Jean-Marc Roberts, el Feuille d'Or de la ciudad de Nancy o el premio Alain Spiess-Le Central a la segunda novela.
