Feminism has done a huge amount of good in the world. We now need its corollary - a positive vision of masculinity that is compatible with gender equality.

Biografía del autor

Richard V. Reeves es investigador principal en Estudios Económicos, donde ocupa la cátedra John C. y Nancy D. Whitehead y dirige el proyecto Boys and Men, y director de la Iniciativa Futuro de la Clase Media. Su investigación se centra en la desigualdad económica, la crisis de las clases medias, la movilidad social e intergeneracional y las políticas públicas sobre la familia.<br> Se graduó por la Universidad de Oxford y tiene un doctorado por la Universidad de Warwick. Es también investigador en la Brookings Institution, uno de los think tanks más prestigiosos del mundo. En 2017, Politico Magazine lo incluyó en su lista de los pensadores más importantes del mundo.<br> Entre 2010 y 2012 trabajó como asesor político, llegando a convertirse en consejero principal de Nick Clegg cuando éste ocupó la vicepresidencia en el gobierno de David Cameron.<br> Reeves es autor del libro Dream Hoarders (Brookings Institution Press, 2017), y colaborador habitual de importantes diarios como The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal y The Atlantic.
