Josh Malerman es el cantante y compositor del grupo de rock The High Strung. En 2014 publicó su primera novela, A ciegas, que obtuvo un inmenso de éxito y que NETFLIX adaptó a la pequeña pantalla. Diez años después publicó Hay algo malo en casa (Nocturna, 2025), traducida a múltiples idiomas y cuya adaptación cinematográfica está prevista para 2026.
