Biografía del autor

Timur Vermes nació en 1967, de madre alemana y padre de origen húngaro. Estudió Historia y Ciencias políticas en Erlangen y luego trabajó como periodista en el Abendzeitung y el Express en Colonia y para varias revistas, además de como escritor fantasma. Su obra Ha vuelto se convirtió en el debut alemán de más éxito de las últimas décadas. En 2019 se publica otra sátira feroz, en esta ocasión sobre la Europa de los refugiados, Los hambrientos y los saciados.
