Letting Go describes a simple and effective means by which to let go of the obstacles to Enlightenment and become free of negativity. During the many decades of the author's clinical psychiatric practice, the primary aim was to seek the most effective ways to relieve human suffering in all of its many forms. The inner mechanism of surrender was found to be of great practical benefit and is described in this book.

Dr Hawkins's previous books focused on advanced states of awareness and Enlightenment. Biografía del autor

David R. Hawkins, médico y doctor en filosofía, (1927-2012) fue director del Instituto para la Investigación Espiritual y fundador del Camino de la No Dualidad Devocional. Fue un renombrado investigador pionero en el campo de la conciencia, así como autor, conferenciante, médico y científico. Sirvió como consejero en monasterios católicos, protestantes y budistas; participó en diversos programas de radio y televisión y dio conferencias en lugares de gran prestigio como la Abadía de Westminster, el Foro de Oxford, la Universidad de Notre Dame y la Universidad de Harvard. Su vida estuvo dedicada a elevar a la humanidad hasta su fallecimiento en 2012.
