Madelline Miller es la autora de dos novelas que fueron número uno en la lista de libros más vendidos de "The New York Times". Con "La canción de Aquiles" ganó el Orange Women's Prize for Fiction 2012 y "Circe" fue finalista del Women's Prize for Fiction 2019. Sus libros se han traducido a más de treinta y dos idiomas.
