This volume, published by RM under a joint imprint with the Archivo Alicia Penalba and the Museo de Arte Latinoamericano de Buenos Aires (MALBA), draws on the artist's personal archive, which contains a wide variety of documents and a magnificent collection of photographs. Lavishly illustrated, the book includes essays on Penalba by both Argentine and European scholars. It has been published on the occasion of a selective exhibition of the artist's work at the MALBA.
