Will Self (Londres, 1961) es escritor y periodista. Ha escrito novelas, varias colecciones de relatos cortos y también ensayos. Sus escritos se caracterizan por ser satíricos, grotescos y fantásticos. Un paraguas es su primera novela traducida al castellano.
