Hernán Díaz, escriptor i editor, va néixer el 1973 a Buenos Aires, va créixer a Suècia, va estudiar a Londres i ara viu a Brooklyn, Nova York. Ha escrit Borges, between history and eternity (Bloomsbury, 2012), i és lx{0026} x02019;editor de la Revista Hispánica Moderna i el director adjunt de lx{0026} x02019;Institut Hispànic de la Universitat de Colúmbia. Ha publicat en capçaleres com Cabinet, The New York Times, The Kenyon Review, Playboy, Granta i The Paris Review.
