p Mark Frost nació en 1953 en Brooklyn, Nueva York, y desde los quince años se dedicó a la escritura profesional. Tras finalizar sus estudios universitarios en interpretación, dirección y dramaturgia, se mudó a Los Ángeles. Comenzó su trabajo en televisión escribiendo guiones para series como i El hombre de los seis millones de dólares /i y i Canción triste de Hill Street /i . En 1986 comenzó a colaborar con David Lynch en diversos proyectos audiovisuales entre los que destaca la popular serie de televisión i Twin Peaks /i . En 1993 publicó su primera novela, i La lista de las siete /i (1992; Impedimenta, 2025), a la que siguió i The Six Messiahs /i ( Los seis mesías , 1995). También ha escrito thrillers como i Segundo objetivo /i (2009) y la saga de libros juveniles i The Paladin Prophecy /i (2006-2009). Actualmente Mark Frost reside en Ventura County, California.<br>
