Biografía del autor

Laura Powell nació en Londres, pero creció en Carreg Cennen, Gales. Pasó gran parte de su niñez leyendo libros y planeando estrategias para escapar del colegio en el que estaba interna. Estudió Literatura Clásica en las universidades de Bristol y Oxford. Antes de escribir su primera novela para jóvenes, trabajó cinco años en distintos departamentos de varias editoriales tanto para adultos como para niños. Actualmente, además de escribir, trabaja en la compañía del Ballet Nacional de Inglaterra y vive con su esposo y su hijo en Camberwell, al sur de Londres.
