Ross Welford es un escritor inglés que ha alcanzado un gran éxito en su país con su primer libro, Viaje en el tiempo con un hámster, publicado por Edelvives. Su extraordinaria novela sobre los viajes en el tiempo de un chico de 12 años ha obtenido 21 nominaciones a diferentes premios literarios y ha sido traducida, hasta el momento, a siete idiomas. Antes de dedicarse por completo a la literatura juvenil, Welford fue periodista y productor de televisión. Actualmente vive en Londres.
