Above all, he was a father to Laura, his 20-year-old daughter who recently returned home after trying her hand at modeling.

Quentin had helped Max when he was down on his luck, a seemingly washed-up fighter, and now Max hoped he would help Laura find her bearings in town. But Laura's meeting with Quentin reveals a darker side to the politician, setting in motion a chain of events that will pit Max against his benefactor.

Biografía del autor

Tanguy Viel nació en Brest en 1973. En 1998, la editorial francesa Éditions de Minuit publica su primera novela, "Le Black Note", y también otras posteriores como "Cinéma" (1999), "Insoupçonnable" (2006) o "La Disparition de Jim Sullivan" (2013). Traducidas al español ha publicado "La absoluta perfección del crimen" (2004), "París-Brest" (2011) y "Artículo 353 del código penal" (2018), novela galardonada en Francia con el Grand Prix RTL Lire en 2017.
