Juli Min es escritora y editora; vive en Shanghái. Estudió ruso y literatura comparada en la Universidad de Harvard y tiene un master en ficción de la Universidad Warren Wilson. Ha sido editora y fundadora de Shanghai Literary Review y su editora de ficción entre 2016 y 2023. Shanghailanders es su primera novela y ha sido traducida a varios idiomas.
