Biografía del autor

Nacido en Ciudad de México hace cuarenta y tres, estudió cine en el Ithaca College, trabajó como diseñador gráfico para un diseñador neoyorquino, vivió la vida bohemia en Berlín y durante varios años fue publicista en la capital de su país natal. Todo esto antes de trasladarse a Míchigan a estudiar escritura creativa. En la actualidad Sámano es escritor residente en la Universidad de Fordham, en Nueva York, y está ultimando su segunda novela. Monstrilio, su debut narrativo, ya se ha traducido a una decena de idiomas.
