Akwaeke Emezi (Umuahia, Nigèria, 1987) dx{0026} x02019;ascendència igbo i tàmil, es dedica a lx{0026} x02019;escriptura, la poesia i el videoart. El 2018 li van atorgar el premi 5 under 35, un guardó de la National Book Foundation que reconeix els cinc millors escriptors menors de trenta-cinc anys.
