Adrian McKinty
Adrian McKinty nació y creció en Belfast durante los conflictos de los años setenta y ochenta. Su padre era ingeniero naval y su madre secretaria.
Asistió a la universidad de Oxford con una beca para cursar estudios de Filosofía antes de trasladarse a Estados Unidos para convertirse en profesor de lengua en un instituto.
Sus novelas han recibido varios galardones, entre los que destacan el Edgar Award, el Ned Kelly Award, el Anthony Award y el Barry Award, y han sido traducidas a más de veinte lenguas. Es colaborador y crítico literario de The Sidney Morning Herald, The Irish Times y The Guardian.
Actualmente, vive en Nueva York con su mujer y sus dos hijos.
