Tom Masters
Siempre atraído por lo desconocido, Tom Masters ha soñado con ir a los sitios más recónditos de la Tierra desde que aprendió a andar. De ahí que su carrera de redactor le haya llevado por todo el mundo, sea Corea del Norte, el Ártico, el Congo o Siberia. Pese a una infancia transcurrida en la campiña inglesa, de mayor Londres, París y Berlín han sido su casa. Se le encuentra en www.tommasters.net. Tras graduarse en Literatura Rusa por la Universidad de Londres, trabajó en Rusia como periodista de The St Petersburg Times. Su primer empleo de redactor le llevó a trabajar con el BBC World Service y como colaborador freelance de diarios y revistas de todos lados. Además trabajó varios años produciendo documentales para televisiones del Reino Unido y EE UU. Dado su amor por la arquitectura comunista, ahora vive en la Karl-Marx-Allee del barrio berlinés de Friedrichshain y aún vuelve a menudo por trabajo a la antigua URSS. Entre sus últimos proyectos están las guías de Lonely Planet del Lejano Oriente ruso, África Central y Colombia.
