Robert Knapp
x{0026}lt;p x{0026}lt;b Robert Knappx{0026}lt;/b (1946-2023) nació y creció en Míchigan, estudió en la Universidad de Míchigan y fue doctor en Historia Antigua por la Universidad de Pensilvania. Tras ocupar varios cargos en el Colby College y en la Universidad de Utah, pasó la mayor parte de su carrera académica en la Universidad de Berkeley, en California. Publicó varios libros y artículos académicos sobre la historia de Roma y también de la Hispania romana, temas en los que se había especializado. Cuando no escribía, le gustaba pasar el tiempo en Clare, en Míchigan, restaurando una cabaña de madera de 1888 que construyó su bisabuelo.x{0026}lt;/p
