x{0026}lt;p Ayad Akhtar es novelista y dramaturgo. Su trabajo ha sido traducido a más de 24 idiomas. Es ganador del Premio Pulitzer de Drama y un Premio de Literatura de la Academia Estadounidense de Artes y Letras. Entre otros honores, Akhtar ha recibido el premio Steinberg Drawrighting, el premio Nestroy, el premio Erwin Piscator, así como becas de la Academia Americana en Roma, MacDowell, el Instituto Sundance y Yaddo.
