Aravind Adiga is the author of The White Tiger, longlisted for the Booker Prize. He worked in India as a journalist for TIME magazine from 2003 to 2005; his work has also appeared in British newspapers like the Financial Times and the Independent. The White Tiger is his first novel. He lives in Mumbai.
